Femi Fani-Kayode has said that Governor Nasir El-Rufai of Kaduna is being groomed to take over as president of Nigeria in 2019 when President Muhammadu Buhari is declared dead.
In a series of tweets on Friday, July 14, the Peoples Democratic Party member alleged that former British prime minister, Tony Blair came to Nigeria to perfect the plan.
According to Fani-Kayode, the Kaduna governor will be made vice president before 2019 and then will be the president as part of their plan.
