Usher Finally Talks About Woman Who Accused Him Of Infecting Her With STD. Ukridosblog learnts that the singer wants thelawsuits to be dropped citing that the woman has no evidence against him.
A Georgia woman in April filed a $20 million lawsuit against the signer claiming to have infected her with Herpes.
According to TMZ, Usher revealed that her lawsuit said nothing about whether the woman had been tested prior to their alleged encounter.
"A previous sexual partner very well may have already infected her" Usher said.
Usher further revealed that she may have contracted Herpes after their alleged encounter.
The singer also said that she assumed the risk of getting herpes by having“casual, unprotected sexual intercourse and/or oral sex.”
Lawyer to the singer claims the woman is suing Usher under a pseudonym, saying there is no cause for her to secretly file her lawsuit.
