Arsenal could be persuaded to sell Alexis Sanchez for £70 million, but Arsene Wenger remains determined to keep the Chilean, according to the Daily Mirror.
Alexis has just one year remaining on his contract and is wanted by Manchester City, with an offer of £70m potentially being the figure which could persuade the Arsenal board to have a conversation about selling before the transfer window closes.
Alexis Sanchez has missed the first two games of the league campaign due to an injusry he sustained in training and Arsenal supporters can tell that his influence was misssed,particularly in the game against Stoke City where Welbeck fumbled as he could not find the back of the net.
Can Sanchez be replaced?
