President Muhammadu Buhari has turned down two bills forwarded to him by the National Assembly.
The president in two separate letters to the Senate on Tuesday, November 20, said that he declined to give his assent to the bills because of certain words and phrases used in the bills.
The bills that were rejected by the president are the University of Wukari establishment bill, 2017 and Chartered Institute of Treasury Management establishment bill 2017.
