One of the first surprise appointment was that of the Minister of Finance, Mrs Kemi Adeosun.
Though she was the commissioner of finance in south-western Ogun State, many believed she lacks the experience to handle the finance portfolio of Africa’s biggest economy.
She is one of the youngest ministers in the cabinet.
