Drake lands major role on British TV show

Drake is arguably the biggest name in music right now, but that hasn't stopped him finding time to land a major TV role.





The rapper will reportedly star in British dramaTopboyafter buying the rights to the show.

Based around the lives of East London street gangs, it debuted in 2011 but was dropped by Channel 4 after two series. NowTopboy's number one fan has saved the day and series three will air on Netflix next year.

Ashley Walters who plays Dushane says: “We met up to start talking about the show and we are working out a role for him. He loves acting, of course he wanted a part. He’s going to be really hands on and is getting stuck into it.”
